Trying to lose weight and eat healthier? Try this

I’ve been a health fan for over 15 years, but with all the food fads- “eat coconut oil, don’t eat coconut oil, eat whole wheat, definitely don’t eat whole wheat- it’ll kill you-” it’s really difficult to figure out what are the right and the wrong things to eat.

I’ve been using a concept called ‘biofeedback’ for a few years, but most recently I’ve fine tuned the process so that I could use it in my favor. Don’t let the scientific name intimidate you, biofeedback is actually very easy to understand and simple to apply.

I created a quick video where I explain what biofeedback is and how any person who wants to lose weight and eat healthier can use it easily.
